Woodland Rose Garden and Public Library

A group of rose enthusiasts founded the Woodland Library Rose Club in 1989. They are on a mission to teach all rose enthusiasts how to grow roses.

The club dedicated a Memorial Rose Garden on the grounds of the Woodland Public Library on May 18, 1991. The Woodland Library Rose Club members continue to learn and teach the public about rose cultivation and beauty.

Every January, the community is treated to a pruning seminar. In addition, the club hosts a garden tour in April to raise awareness of roses in the home landscape.

The club's future goals include providing continuing education to its members and improving the rose gardens.
